The most useful messages are suggestions for squad roles we have not covered — describe the behavior pattern, what it does for a group, and how it tends to flame out — plus disputes about existing role write-ups, corrections to the metric descriptions, and feedback on the quiz questions themselves. If your whole group took the audit and thinks the scoring got you wrong, we genuinely want to hear why; several role descriptions were sharpened by exactly that kind of letter. We read everything, though replies can take a few days.
